Pros

Ability to grow career and move across lines of businesses

Pros

They always make sure everyone feels included and go above to show appreciation for their employees. Benefits were great and they have tuition assistance.

Cons

The pay is on the low end, especially if you move up the ladder internally. Other companies pay more.
