Pros

Like a lot of banks, good incentives for making referral goals and having high customer satisfaction ratings

Cons

Tech is far behind where it should be, and system rollouts have a lot of problems that interrupt branch service. Seemed to be downsizing in Dayton area - closing branches and reducing bith hours and available positions.
