Overwhelming workload

Pros

The people I work with are great.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly in every way except staffing HR. The company does not seem to realize with quick growth comes an increase in workload for HR. We are drowning in work with no relief. There is no apparent plan to add to HR staff yet we keep adding branches at a alarming rate. Working nights and weekends just to have more working piled on is the new normal. I am losing the work life balance I value so much. There is absolutely no room for advancement.
