Toxic Place to Work

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

some benefits are decent but keep going up each year.

Cons

- Toxic environment and work culture - Backstabbing colleagues - No support from management - 1% raises during high inflation years and low pay - no career or advancement opportunities - no respect for work/life balance. - a lot of unhappy employees who are frustrated and looking to leave, which creates a low morale environment - not a lot of internal synergy that makes doing any type of work frustrating as no one works as a team. everyone who is still with the bank is coasting for the paycheck and are mentally removed from the job - management consistently disagrees with each other on the direction of how to get things done, which creates a lot of confusion - Micromanagement

Pros

Knowing they have a really difficult time finding their way to give employees 1-3% annual raises but no issues enriching already wealthy investor with stock buybacks and dividend increases

Cons

Very hierarchical and always seem to hire people from certain social classes
