Pros

Fantastic Leadership. Fantastic Growth Opportunity.

Cons

Poor compensation package/base pay compared to other local financial institutions. This particular position's commission is only paid if entire team/branch hits their goals which is not the case for all other branch positions. This creates an environment where this position is bearing the heaviest workload while the others have no incentive to contribute to the teammates around them. Which makes it near impossible to get paid any sort of commission as a PB I on top of an already poor salary. Also, internal promotion raises are LOW, Microscopic.

Pros

Decent pay, amazing products, great technology.

Cons

Poor compensation planning, HR is awful, a lot of empty promises just to keep you from quitting. When you interview for a "promotion" they pretend like they have never met you before. A lot of "what have you done for me lately" mentalities. Development is a joke, so be prepared to fight your way to the top.
