Pros

Immediate PTO, friendly employees at some locations only

Cons

Working at Fifth Third you are simply a number, no matter what goes on in your personal life or what you accomplish there’s always more you could have done. In appointments even the top performing employees are expected to do constant role plays and demeaning observation reviews with upper management to prove they are following the corporate process. The PTO is ridiculously small considering you get no sick leave and you get in trouble if you need time after you’ve run out of PTO.
