Pros

Only pro is that they provide banker hours plus they get major holiday off.

Cons

The constant reaching out to customer to the point where customer have asked to be place on the do not call list

WLB is good, flexible work time. Can work remotely.

Cons

Company and team do not value its employees, do not care about team and team members' growth potential at all. The pay is really bad.
