Pros

Pay and benefits are the only good thing.

Cons

Some of the management is not even qualified to be supervisors and also don't bother to provide the same support across employees. Favoritism trumps performance and qualifications. Being a top performer doesn't always ensure growth opportunities. Micromanagement is extreme you have to report each time your off the phones and explain what you're working on because of the "eyes". Systems are trash and crash every day. Yet they still expect you to keep up with your calls and stats. There's a lot of dating within sups and employees therefore creating unnecessary tension and drama sometimes. The pay is the only good thing but it will cost you your mental health.

Pros

Learn a lot about lending, great onboarding training, and a comprehensive sales conversational method high in effective questioning strategy

Cons

The pay isn't the best given all we are tasked to do. We are constantly short staffed and burnt out at my location in Chicago

Pros

Pay is good and I made good friends.

Cons

The pressure of sales is ridiculous. Everyone is always stressed, there is no way you can leave your job at work, it follows you home. You never feel good enough and the policies and the way sales are structured changes every year.
