Pros

Pay is good for a teller position compared to other companies and the schedule isn’t too bad depending on the branch manager.

Cons

PTO is at a minimum… meaning it’s either you go to work sick or you save your PTO for an actual (much needed) vacation. Transfers are close to non-existent and trying to move up the ladder is harder than you would think as an internal hire.
