Pros

We have a highly talented team! Exec Team is very transparent with the successes and challenges that we face. Compensation is overly generous. Excellent benefits package and perks. Our roles and expectations are clearly defined.

Cons

Many of the teams work remotely, and I would prefer that we were able to collaborate IRL.

You get to use the product, but then again that’s an issue in its own.

Cons

None of the founders have ever managed or worked at a tech company prior to being here and it shows. If you need a job and they offer you a role do what you must, but strongly recommend working else where.
