Pros
- Great culture, smart and hard-working people who also know how to have fun. - The company has been increasingly put more focus on feedback and performance reviews in the last year. These feedback (especially peer reviews) have been extremely valuable for personal development in my opinion.
Cons
- Still in the early stage of incorporating data and metrics in decision making. Success metrics are not well defined for a lot of teams.
