      Pros

      Good team and good benefits. Interesting work so overall can't complain.

      Cons

      Some managers are such too difficult to work with and they definitely have favorites. Company is also too large and so many silos to get anything meaningful done. Don't really ship fast.

      - management is all over the place - toxic, non inclusive work culture - only talk the talk - gotta fight for yourself - stuck in your position, no upward mobility - toxic positivity
