Everyone there is really good at what they do. You get the opportunity to work on the things that excite you most, they put in a lot of trust with you to run with things. They listen and react to concerns when you have them. Virtual yoga, virtual meditation, COVID recharge days, and virtual town halls to discuss the impact of current events have been a big help this past year. Also great benefits, they really see you and support you as a human.
Cons
There can be a feeling of high expectations and pressure to perform, but people here are very supportive and constructive with feedback, so they help you be your best.
