Pros
I was given the chance to venture into professional software dev thanks to Figure and I'm grateful. The treatment throughout the interview process was positive and unassuming. The culture here is very welcoming and the feel of the hierarchy/communication is pretty flat, meaning there aren't many questions that go unanswered.
Most important to me: the culture is not stuffy, full of gunners, nor does it shun those that ask questions. It's quite the opposite: tons of opportunity to grow/share, carve out your own niche, and ask as many questions as you need. There's a great balance struck between providing ample support, lateral movement and putting you on a growth trajectory.
Cons
The only con was that my interview process took longer than anyone wanted it to but in the end it worked out. (Holidays were occurring plus HR might've been stretched thin at the time)
