      Pros

      Small enough to know the owners, big enough to grow. Fun environment at times. Work hard play hard.

      Cons

      Retirement plan is ok, not great. Aging executive board without quality internal replacements. Lack of long term planning.

      Pros

      You are treated like a real person at this company, you are not just a number. They value their employees and care for them both professionally and personally. There used to not be any room for growth in the Accounting Dept. and the new CFO came in and created career development paths for every single person on the team. Very transparent company all around and have enjoyed my time here. All upper management truly has an “open door” policy.

      Cons

      The workload comes in waves depending on how many ongoing jobs there are.
