Pros

Atmosphere is fun and lower management care about individuals. Comp plans were great for SDRs

Cons

CEO makes irrational quick decisions without regarding the people it effects. Empty promises left and right. Because the company is so young they're constantly changing and trying new things. If new tactic doesn't show results immediately the CEO stamps it as a failure, blames someone for it and tosses it to the side. The software is not as robust as it's hype.

Relaxed place to work with nice co- workers, usually has food available

Cons

The founder of this company is too hands on and is singlehandedly bringing down the company. He will fire anyone at anytime at the drop of the hat with no reason. The company is continually hiring and firing. No job stability. Benefits are horrible and very expensive. $800 a month for a family of 3 and that’s not including dental. The founder/boss is the leader of the sales team but has horrible sales skills, he’s a lawyer not a sales guy. Only knows how to make promises to clients that are true and drastically lower the price in order to make a sale.

I love working for this company because I feel like I am stretched each day. I am consistently working on improving myself as a person and an employee. I have learned so much from Ryan and Nathan. Despite what previous employees have said, take a chance on Filevine because I can promise you it will be worth your time. There is loads of potential and growth within the company.
