Upper management created almost every problem I or anyone I worked with ran into. You’re always pushed to do more and more but it’s never enough. Made quota within too weeks, great job but it’s still not enough. 5 day in person really gets frustrating when you’re succeeding cause there’s no real reason to push harder. Quota is way too high unless you set yourself up for next month or snipe other peoples meetings. You will get meetings stolen from you based on arbitrary rules that change daily. And everyone tries to steal meetings because of the arbitrary rules and nobody ever getting punished for it. There are clear favorites as well
Also growth within the company seems horrid. While you are able to grow fairly quickly. There are some weird rules they don’t tell you about promotion and your problems really only seem to grow with promotion.
