      Pros

      This is a great place for grinders. It is a great product. The industry is not nearly saturated. There is a lot of opportunity for those who do not have responsibilities outside of the office.

      Cons

      If you enjoy your bosses waiting at the door to ensure no-one leaves before 5pm, or keeping lists of who is in their seat at 8am, then this is the place for you. But hey, they do provide Costco Pizza once a week (unless that overlaps with a different lunch earlier in the week then they don't) Oh and they might even splurge for $1.50 taco bell taco's instead (as the C-level's hold an exclusive party to celebrate hitting $100M in revenue) Woo-hoo! TACO's!

      Salary is ok. PTO policy is good.

      Cons

      Very toxic workplace. It seems like none of my coworkers are ever happy. Everyone is always constantly stressed. In my opinion, Filevine missed their chance to IPO, so now they are trying to bleed their employees dry, trying to stay cash flow positive. They recently laid off a lot of people and now many employees have twice the workload with the same goals. They try to present the company like it’s cool and fun place to work, but no one here is happy.

      Pros

      Talented product and marketing teams who are constantly innovating and positioning Filevine for success Team leaders are really invested in the success of the individuals Fun brand and really great investment in the brand

      Cons

      Executive leadership is dominated by the ego of the CEO and co-founder. Everything is about optics and making sure he feels like he is the most brilliant person ever. For women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals, be prepared for absurd microaggressions. The in-office, butts-in-seats culture is really just to encourage micromanagement and (again) optics Benefits were good, but went downhill very fast in 2023 (no more unlimited PTO and bad insurance)
