      Pros

      Great people everyone is extremely kind. Nice office good snacks.

      Cons

      Over sold there on boarding I was trained cold call people I wouldn’t even be calling. Than after I started to get the hang of it I was switch to calling other types of office and given no training whatsoever on the new offices I would be calling. I went 2 months without a direct manager for support or training. I just winged it hopping for the best.

      Good Place to Learn and Grow

      Pros

      Really good and smart people doing the BTS work. Great at mentoring and helping me grow in my career. Not micro-managed and have been very accommodating when it comes to time off for family or appointments. It has been a very wonderful experience.

      Cons

      Pay does not keep up with the economy.

      Terrible Experience

      Pros

      Good views from the office.

      Cons

      Zero direction in the sales org, reps get cheated out of commission, large number of unhappy customers, internal organization is a mess. Never seen managers be so anxious and high levels of micromanaging, they lose it if you take your allotted time off.
