Good views from the office.

Cons

Zero direction in the sales org, reps get cheated out of commission, large number of unhappy customers, internal organization is a mess. Never seen managers be so anxious and high levels of micromanaging, they lose it if you take your allotted time off.

Your coworkers are nice, help you get through the days

Cons

Don't come unless you want to get treated like you're 6. They micro manage everything, they brag about how difficult they are to work with, the only people consistently hitting their number are working well past the hours listed for the job, they use scummy used car salesman sales tactics, they leave customers out to dry, the list goes on. Everyone is constantly stressed out of their minds and all they do to create any sort of happiness is buy pizza once a week. Absolutely horrid place to work
