      Managers that lie about their experience that want to own your life

      Good insurance, and that’s all

      Cons

      - No work life balance, they really think they own your life! - No PTO - Inexperienced senior management that lie about what they have done in past jobs (proven with evidence). - Whatever crazy idea the CEO has goes, and people fear him. - They act like a well stablished company, but employee lunches once a week is always Costco pizza 😂

      Pros

      This is a great place for grinders. It is a great product. The industry is not nearly saturated. There is a lot of opportunity for those who do not have responsibilities outside of the office.

      Cons

      If you enjoy your bosses waiting at the door to ensure no-one leaves before 5pm, or keeping lists of who is in their seat at 8am, then this is the place for you. But hey, they do provide Costco Pizza once a week (unless that overlaps with a different lunch earlier in the week then they don't) Oh and they might even splurge for $1.50 taco bell taco's instead (as the C-level's hold an exclusive party to celebrate hitting $100M in revenue) Woo-hoo! TACO's!

      Some of the people are kind

      Cons

      Lot of messy relationships between coworkers, a lot of gossip, and overall toxic workplace. Managers only care about numbers and nothing else. Encouraged to work outside of the office on personal time. Managers are zero help. They only care about numbers even when you’re at your numbers they are constantly saying they want to see more. Pay is also below average. Not a single good reason to work here
