      None....I honestly cant think of anything that I would say positive here.

      Cons

      They'll tell you the negative reviews here are about sales being driven hard for quotas....its a lie. I've never felt less valued as a person than I did here.

      The most micro managed company of all time

      the office is pretty nice, benefits are decent Chicago managers are great

      The most micromanaged company I’ve ever worked for. The managers in Utah are single handedly pushing out every good rep this company had with their intense micro management. It doesn’t matter if you’re hitting quota, that’s not enough. They pick apart every single thing you do and there’s always someone hawking over your shoulder to make sure it’s done the exact way that they want. Overall, stay away from this company, I don’t know anyone who is actually enjoys working for Filevine. Nothing ever seems to be good enough for them, there’s constant stress and anxiety solely created by the Utah upper management. zero work life balance, regardless of what they try to tell you. Just stay away, trust me.
