Filevine reviews

Filevine is an absolute horrible place to work. Do not work here. Don’t do it. There are no pros about working here. Multiple people had to cancel their vacations or come home early because they were threatened to be fired. They do not allow more than 4 days of PTO at a time. The SMB Account Executive manager has no idea what he is doing. He is clueless. He has no sales skill. He operates like a car salesman. Nobody is hitting quota either. You’re lucky if you hit 50%. Whatever OTE they tell you cut it in half, that’s more realistic. I also experienced racism and sexism from management in the office. I have been at a few tech companies in the Utah and Filevine by far is the worst place I’ve ever been.

I like many of the fantastic people at Filevine turned a blind eye to the reviews. - quotas are unattainable - constant micromanagement - commissions are never paid accurately - morale is at an all time low - Filevine will suck the life out of you
