      Terrible In Office Environment

      Pros

      They have some snacks in the office.

      Cons

      The company does not offer 401k matching, no unlimited PTO, salaries are below market, and nepotism heavily influences treatment, salary and opportunities. There are no bonuses, and the workplace culture is weak at best. Even though leadership claims the organization is performing well, employees are worked like executives and receive none of the incentives that should come with that level of responsibility.
