Parrot is progressive, technology first legal start-up with deep focus on the client as well as the company culture. In Parrot you're trusted with having ownership of your projects and you can directly see the impact of your work.

Cons

As with all the start-ups work in Parrot can be quite stressful at times, but this is then compensated when the hard work pays off and you see your product being used in production by hundreds of clients.

Being part of Parrot has restored my enthusiasm for work. This is primarily due to the way the company is managed. Employees are highly valued here, which is reflected not only in the generous company benefits but also in the approach of the management towards them. Collaborating with other programmers is also very enjoyable, as I always receive constructive feedback that is always on point and helps develop my skills.
