I love working at Parrot. My co-workers are super sharp, personable, and kind. We have a fun hybrid culture and I enjoy collaborating in the office together. There is a strong sense of community and all working towards an exciting goal of building this company. I appreciate that there isn't a super structured hierarchy, so everyone's opinion matters. I see myself working here for a long time and can't wait see the next year's growth. In the past year I've worked here, I've seen really exciting growth in engineering advancements and demand generation. The product has a lot of traction in an exciting industry that is ripe for disruption.

The managers are enthusiastic and make the workplace fun. This sales organization, in my opinion, strikes the perfect balance between autonomy, expectations, and responsibility. Quota is very attainable, but this isn't a place where you can kick your feet up. There's really strong/good leadership. If you're looking to develop your sales skills to a master's level, I'd recommend both the AE and AM teams.
