      Pros

      The people I work with are great. No, this does not include the executive team. Pay is decent but keeps going down with additional responsibilities adding up.

      Cons

      What used to make filevine great is quickly falling apart. The morale on the sales team is so low because they are absolutely running us into the ground. We have been sprinting since the beginning of the year and nothing we do is good enough. We had a record month and quarter and we got a “pat yourselves on the back” speech. Oh, and then the next day get ready go talk about what you’re closing for this month. No thought at all about the individuals and how we are feeling. The executive team is so blind to it and just thinks everyone is complaining for no reason.

      1 star feels like a stretch.

      Pros

      The only pro here is that if you stick around long enough, you’ll know exactly what not to look for in a company. Admittedly, this information is invaluable.

      Cons

      Why do the words flip then flop come to mind? Maybe it’s that summer is upon us or maybe it’s how I’d describe Filevines approach to making decisions. Flippantly changing policies then flopping them on to employees with alarmingly little consideration. I haven’t felt this neglected since I was a child.

      Great trainings, good lead source, very organized, great work flows, good CRM/CMS, well rounded processes all around

      Over bearing push for work, Controlling, Not Respectful of other lives outside of work
