The corporate talk is bs. Got rid of whole department to move to partner model. I understand the reasons but the transition was atrocious.

Bullied constantly. The senior staff is obsessed with quotas and would run you over with a car to get there. Favoritism runs rampant. It’s the most toxic place I’ve ever worked.
