      The company has rapidly been growing/changing and has allowed me to make multiple changes in my career trajectory Lots of smart people work here The product is amazing and there is no slowing down with where it's going

      Cons

      Still some pretty big gaps between departments Not everybody has the flexibility to choose their working location - it depends on managers/departments Meaningful benefits are still a minimum - no 401k matching, no stock options

      Unlimited PTO, excellent culture, they encourage work/life balance, management doesn't believe in micromanaging. They trust you, so you're given a lot of autonomy over your work.

      Cons

      They're a developing company so the pay and the benefits are quite low. They don't offer 401K. There was no equity option with job offer.
