Despite being a large (and continuously growing) company, Filevine feels like a small business in all the best ways. Leadership genuinely cares about our well-being and growth, the company values are progressive and meaningful, and team members are incredibly supportive.

Cons

There is a pretty steep learning curve depending on your role (but that is a given for the tech industry).
