      Pros

      Unlimited paid time off - Great leadership - Excellent team-members - Access to experience in multiple skill sets and professional areas - Sense of personal and professional growth

      Cons

      Work/Life balance can be rough depending on where you go in the company - Still some organizational changes that might need to be made as the company continues to grow - The only real constant here is change - Health insurance premiums are pretty pricey (but appreciated nonetheless)

      Pros

      Been with the company for over a year. The owners and leadership are great and really want everyone to succeed in what they're doing. Although the company is young, and goes through the growing pains atypical of a startup, there is always a lot of excitement and teamwork going on. The departments work well together. Regular company meetings with supplied lunches and there's alway's snacks and drinks in the kitchen. It's awesome to be a part of something that is making a huge positive impact.

      Cons

      Like I said in the pros, there are things that happen with young companies that are just a part of the growing experience. Not all processes are in place, but they're getting there. The benefits package is good, but could be better. The nice thing about that is the owners are always looking to improve their offerings to the employees.

      Pros

      The product is far and away better than any of its competitors, and my coworkers are talented and hard working. It's a fast environment which I personally appreciate. If you're looking for somewhere to coast and earn a buck, this definitely isn't it. But if you're willing to learn and apply yourself, the sky is the limit for personal growth / career development. I love that about it. The company (and people in it) are always challenging themselves to do better than before.

      Cons

      Because it's a fast-paced environment sometimes the company has to catch up with its growth. Most of the emphasis seems to be on product development, customer success, and sales/marketing. Which is probably right for this stage of the company, but in the future will need more help from HR/Finance etc. Good problem to have.
