      Good Company, Always Improving

      Pros

      The company has gone through lots of growing pains but in my experience their changes are always for the betterment of the company and their employees.

      Cons

      There has been some whiplash changes but again always for the better. I appreciate that they are willing to try something but if it doesn't work they quickly find a better fix and move on.

      Pros

      You want to be able to throw your hat in the ring? Filevine is the place that lets you do that. They have incredible leaders who (although they may seem crazy at times) have the direction they want to see the company and its employee go. They value radical candor and a bias towards action. I get that a young tech company isn't for everyone, but this is a place to learn from some of the best in the business in Sales, Recruiting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and a ton more while also being able to contribute to the growth.

      Cons

      It can get crazy here and seem a little disjointed. That is to be expected with rapid growth. However, more and more seasoned execs and leaders are being added to the organization to help create a sustainable growth process and culture.
