      Pros

      I’ve been at Filevine for about 3 years now. -If you put your mind to it (like every sales role) you will make a lot of money. -Incredible people. You will truly come to love the people you work with. -A really good product that thousands of customers rely on. No product is perfect, but Filevine is poised to continue growing. -Really nice office with tons of food close by. Contrary to what you may have read, I’ve never felt that leadership didn’t care for me. It’s fast paced, no doubt, but I’ve never felt that I didn’t have a work life balance. Work from home was never supposed to be permanent, coming into the office every day doesn’t feel like too much to ask for. It’s a close team that works best when everyone is together collaborating.

      Cons

      No 401k match Snacks could be better Easing up on reps that hit quota, this will help them feel more rewarded and incentivized.
