      Pros

      A great company to be apart of. Emulates the startup culture which is not for everyone, however, it's a very exciting place to work with a ton of opportunity. High confidence in leadership.

      You will be expected to work hard. Embrace it or get off the bus.

      Pros

      The people at Filevine are really cool. The office is nice.

      Cons

      The culture is terrible. Compensation is far below industry standards. The 5 star reviews on here feel very fabricated… I haven’t talked to anyone lately that loves there job. Job is 8-5 in seat everyday with very little flexibility. The executive team provides no transparency to employees. If you enjoy not knowing what direction the business is going this is the place for you. Typically I would say the reviews are just a few frustrated employees but that’s not the case at Filevine. Majority of the team is extremely unhappy.

      Great people; great product; great clients. Reasonable expectations and fair pay. Remote work.

      So far, I have seen none (and believe me, I would tell you if I saw them!)
