Filevine’s response to Covid-19 has been terrible, I would even say dangerous. From the very start of quarantine, leadership made it clear that they want people back in the office as soon as possible. Yet they brag about the record sales months we’ve had while many have been working from home. So then why are they forcing teams back into the office during the height of the pandemic? Control. Filevine loves to micromanage. Unfortunately, the employees are partially to blame. Many believe that Covid-19 is a hoax and refuse to wear masks. Several employees have tested positive for Covid and leadership still makes everyone come into the office. It’s clear they care more about butts in chairs than our health.

-Trying to talk with attorneys all day is very depressing, they are some of the most boring and busy people on the planet. They think they know everything, it's just a tough client to have.
