      Management is completely disconnected. Technology is a decade or more out of date and the processes and overhead are the worst I've ever seen with no desire to improve/change.

It's fun, you will notice people smiling and laughing, and genuinely interested in your well being. The benefits shine above the competition and they get better and better.

      Cons

      This is not the place to tune out of your business day and melt into the wall. Many projects and tasks require attentive problem solving, so if you love group think, then move along. The nature of a fast environment means owning your work and taking chances sometimes. If this isn't your style, then you may want to look elsewhere.
