Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

Cons

The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.

Pay is not bad if you’re in a position that no one else wants. The culture in manufacturing departments works for me.

Cons

I’m reading the reviews and noticed, everyone commenting how great this company is but they don’t work at this location. There was a comment regarding safety, they only care about safety when someone gets injured. After a few months forget it. The culture is good for me I speak 2 languages if you don’t forget it. Management gets way to close to some employees and not all which causes friction. Managers seem to like it, maybe that’s why there’s been 9 different production managers in 7 years.
