Pros
Onsite management is fairly young and hip, relaxed dress code, language, no qualms about tattoos and piercings, within reason. Decent holiday celebrations, always attempted to include everyone, regardless of department. None to little micromanaging, unless demonstrated that is is warranted. Current HR rep is very sweet and helpful. Limited room for career growth, minimal raises, more responsibility.
Cons
As with other places, off-site corporate makes big decisions that those in the trenches don't often understand and are the last to hear about.
