Pros
Gained banking environment experience on a smaller scale similar to working at a Credit Union. Overall friendly management & employees.
Cons
Some management in certain branches operate with old policies & are not kept accountable in a sufficient manner to allow for employees to work streamline branch-to-branch without having different procedures questioned. It can be not only challenging, but also discouraging to work on learning procedures but have to deal with management wanting to either make up their own rules & be upset with you for not knowing them - - or also they will be offended by your using a new procedure because they feel undermined - - even though you're just following what's taught.

Great people with a good small company vibe. Plenty of aloha spirit.
Cons
Some processes could use improvement but everyone is working hard on this.
