Pros
Once you have proven yourself in terms of dedication to the task, there is a level of flexibility in terms of running errands during lunch time, being recognized for contribution to projects and occasional treats to certain events in the DFW area.
Cons
Decisions are implemented at a rate that may be lagging compared to the industry standard, need to use less paper...remotely work from home should be a consideration for employees like myself who may not be able to go to the office because of a kid being sick or weather conditions not allowing me to go in.
