Pros
Development team is very good. For 1-3 years experience decent level of work comes. Not a heavy work load (heavy work can be done to fetch more hikes)
Cons
very biased towards certain employees Less pay. US team doesn't care India team. India higher management thinks, developers job is shitty. Hike depends on more work hours. Even leads, managers does lot of development work. Only difference in roles is, lead/manager can take decisions but does developer job most for the time.
