      Pros

      - great office - friendly colleagues - supportive management - nice starting salary - good work-life balance

      Cons

      - pay rises are very small - a lot of juniors are hired while a lot of seniors/experts are leaving for better opportunities (which, considering the pay, aren't hard to find) - internships are too long (6 months) and if you choose to work part-time for whatever reason, they won't promote you to associate positions because they don't have part-time jobs (at least in Romania), so they extend the internship to another 6 months

      Great experience as a beginner. For freshers it's just a great platform to explore and learn many things.

      Pros

      Minimum 8 working hrs. Dressing etiquette completely depends on you. Free tea, coffee biscuits and other than that a small food corner is always available here.

      Cons

      I just need to manage time. Since I have just started working here, so cons are the things that I haven't yet found in past 2months.
