Pros

There are no pros, they are way behind the curve on research and development.

Cons

Co-workers constantly laid off. This company has been headed downhill ever since D+H bought Harland Financial Solutions. It has become an even bigger mess now that Finastra has come in and laid off most everyone who was left after the D+H layoffs took place.

Pros

Flat, inclusive and collaborative organisation which embraces ideas from every employee. Performance driven culture where everyone is expected to stand up, own their business and leverage the wider ecosystem to generate success.

Cons

This is not a company that is suitable for anyone that wants to ‘coast’ along or not take responsibility which I believe is a good thing.
