Pros

Good company - treat people as humans rather than "Resource". They are very much invested in people and their skills + future. Sounds like they are running charity - no they are not - they are very pragmatic and objective but they do that with a soul.

Cons

Due to global footprint days could at times flood from day to late evening which could get tiring - but then this is all up to individuals and their planning. As overall company has very accommodating culture and good work-life-balance
