      Pros

      After Finastra took over, things are getting just a little worse, but generally people here are nice and managers support you.

      Cons

      No one is left in the U.S. 80% of people either resigned or got laid off. Looks like there will be no business and projects in the U.S in the future.

      Pros

      Working for the prior companies (D+H, Harland Financial Solutions) I enjoyed the atmosphere, effort and importance of client satisfaction.

      Cons

      The change to Finastra changed the focus from being on the client and employees who service the client to positioning the company for sale. Unfortunately, a number of great service teams and individuals were lost in this.
