      Flexible working hours(Depend on the Team and Manager), Good salary, but hike is less. Good number of Leaves.

      Cons

      In Trivandrum, HR Team forcing Dress Code to Employees. While most of MNCs stoping Dress Code. Some of the managers not allow Work From Home.

      Casual attire, flexible schedules, weekly fresh fruit.

      Cons

      Development is slowly being outsourced via top-down managerial decisions. Existing level of outsourcing is eroding product quality and will only get worse. Technical debt is not being addressed and the aging stack is increasingly becoming a hazard.
