      Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      No sense of urgency, organization needs a huge culture change. Lots of old school mentality contradictory to what a tech company should be.

      Pros

      - adoption of new technology - good atmosphere with good people in the teams - there are actually some experts that you can learn from - compensation + some unique benefits (PTO) - automation

      Cons

      - too much micromanagement - unrealistic targets - CLEARLY not enough people to do the job - chaotic decisions - not many possiblities to switch / no real program for people who would like to change position inside organization.

      In some teams the teamwork is great.

      Cons

      The lowest salary in Hungary IT area! The management can't decide about the requirements in time. The development processes getting worse. Most of the teams don't care about the quality. You can't be categorized by your knowledge, the leveling up is a long and bad process.
