As with every merger, it will have its ups and downs. it is also a good exercise to weed out the bad and let the good prevail. Finastra has emerged a better company with good talent, products and a better track record (for now).

Cons

Still quite few bad weeds around that needs to be cleared out. Slowly but surely. Employee medical coverage could be better.
