      Pros

      D+H is one organization with very clear vision. Some of the best products and market capitalization. Trivandrum office has some very good people practices, which make working here a great experience. The management cares for its employees and have been very fair towards them. HR Practices, efficiency and Standards are amongst the best that I have seen in the industry.

      Cons

      Latest merger with MiSys and changes related to the merger are ambiguous and incomplete. Most of the decisions seems to be taken in haste, instead of thoughtful considerations.

      Job seekers beware. Leadership wants to climb and claw their way to the top - employees and people don't matter matter.

      Pros

      If you want to work for a different company every other year, this is the place to do it. Bonuses exist but they are a joke unless your senior leadership cashing out.

      Cons

      Where to start first. . . Leadership at this point is either drinking the hypothetical cool-aid or simply trying to save their own job after the steamroller came in and minted D+H and Misys as Finastra.
