Worst and Annoying Management @ Trivandrum Office
Pros
Nothing to Say, Even though salary for freshers are good they are gonna work under these management people who will destroy their mentality towards work.
Cons
Annoying management people. Dress code is there in Trivandrum even if it is not there in Any other D+H offices. There is option to make suggestions for better work environment but they are filtered by higher management even before sending a mail of got suggestions. Most of the managers don't know even their job. Lot of internal politics which will effect a normal employee. Mandatory monthly review is there regarding the company which is not very anonymous to make any comments, so most of the employees has to give positive reviews. Any concerns from employees are not really communicated to On- Site team, Before informing them the issue will be manipulated by management in favor of them. No Onsite opportunities.
